Can I return an item to receive a refund?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are eligible for a return, If our Product Is claim-able means its material got expire or loose its strength ( pasting got loose, sole expire, leather expire).
How can we buy physically?
We don't have a Physical Outlet, so we don't deal with customers in our warehouse, we are Selling Online Only.

Can I cancel my order?

Do orders get delivered on weekends?
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Can I modify the shipping address for my order?

How can I track my order?
You will check it on our website by providing your Order Number and Phone/Email (from which you have placed order)

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated immediately.
